RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION
Crude Oil Terminal Limited works with clients through the whole cycle of forming and executing orders for freight transportation and acts on behalf of clients as a single contractor vis-à-vis all the departments and units of the Netherlands and Great Britain’s Railways. It also guarantees the quality and timeliness of order execution.
PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION
We carry out pipeline flows with teams of experienced experts with extensive knowledge and ideas in the areas of pipeline engineering, metallurgy, welding and control systems, as well as the pipeline regulatory environment. INJECTION
Injection Procedure
Pumping oil products into tankers consist of one integrated ASN-10 VNG module 4-4, which allows oil products to be simultaneously freed from 4 volume racks of 4 types of oil products and providing commercial metering in units of mass. There is a testing laboratory equipped with modern equipment and allows for the analysis of samples of petroleum products on a list of quality indicators in accordance with leading documents.
Brief description of the fuel dosing point, the point of the dispenser has the following licenses for carrying out activities, operation of explosive industrial facilities No. EKV-01-07411 (ZhN) of February 16, 2011. Operation of production facilities of fire hazardous No. 008249 dated 02.22.2011. Realization of loading and unloading activities in respect of dangerous goods on railway transport N: 8213849 series PRD from 04.06.2011.
The case of fuel dispensers (TRP) of 12.5 hectares is located in industrial zones and consists of main and reserve tank farms, a driven bulk railway platform, a tank for spill points, a pumping station for pumping oil products, an auxiliary unit with treatment facilities, administrative and household affairs and a checkpoint that accepts, stores and discharges petroleum products with hazard class 3, highly flammable liquids: Gasoline in AI-80, AI-92, AI-95, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene JP54 and mzut M100 and other brands.
We also offer additional handling services at our terminals. Examples of these are blending two products, mixing additives into a product, applying a nitrogen blanket on top of a product to push out oxygen, heating or cooling products and loading or unloading ships, railcars and trucks. At many locations, we can also assist our customers with customs formalities and documentation.
In general, one customer rents one tank for one product during the contract period. However, we also apply co-mingled tank storage, where multiple customers use similar capacity for a product, provided that the product specification is equal and customers agree on this optimization mechanism. When properly cleaned when changing products, some tanks can be used for multiple products which provide flexibility in storage capacity. The wide variety of liquid bulk products that we can store attracts customers that produce or trade more than one type of product.
